As a centre for education, research and expertise in sport, the International Academy of Sports Science and Technology (AISTS), together with the Vancouver Organising Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC), created the Sustainable Sport and Event Toolkit as a practical “how to guide” for organisers of domestic and international sports events as well as National Federations, International Federations, National Olympic/Paralympic Committees and Cities interested in making their sports and events more sustainable.

As the demand for expertise in sustainable sport development continues to grow and evolve, AISTS is seeking a new Scientific Head of Sustainable Development to join their team.
