The AISTS Sport Management Seminar for Women is a four-day education programme organised in the Olympic Capital, Lausanne, Switzerland. It aims to provide women in sport management with a solid understanding of the key skills that are needed to pursue a successful career in international sport.

The fourth edition of the AISTS Sport Management Seminar for Women,  was held  September 1-4, 2008 in Lausanne. 80 participants representing 62 countries attended the seminar, coming mainly from National Olympic Committees, National and International Sport Federations. Once again, Olympic Solidarity provided invaluable support by awarding 29 scholarships to participants coming from NOCs.  The allotment was as follows: 7 to African NOCs, 6 to American NOCs, 7 to Asian NOCs, 2 to Oceanian NOCs, and 7 to European NOCs.
